PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Lead times for product can be found in the ‘Additional Information’ section found on each product page.
a. Production time varies depending on the complexity of the items and our current workload. We will provide an estimated production time at the time of order. We will notify you of any significant delays.
b. Due to the bespoke nature of the work, delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver your product/items on time. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in delivery.
c. If applicable, delivery charges will be included in the final payment. We will not be liable for any import/export duty charges during shipping.
d. If instructed to deliver item(s), we will deliver the product/items to the address specified in the order. You or a representative must be present at the delivery address to sign for and receive the item(s) and assist with offload if necessary.
e. If you or a representative are not available to receive the item(s) on the agreed delivery date, we may charge you additional delivery costs for a subsequent delivery.
f. We will ensure the product/items meet the agreed size and dimensions, are fit for its purpose, and free from defects in material and workmanship.
g. Signed off samples will be used as a guideline. However, due to the hand-applied nature of manufacture, exact patterns and colour matches may vary.
h. All electrical products will be fitted with certified components for the country of delivery and UK PAT tested; clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own country’s regulations if desired.

It is important you are familiar with your countries importing rules and regulations. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office for more information. Import duties and taxes may apply when reaching your countries destination. We can not be responsible for paying these import duties or any additional cost accrued.
Once your item(s) are ready, you will receive a confirmation email informing you of your Shipping Order Number and Courier Tracking Number.
PAYMENT
All orders require either full payment upfront or a deposit payment before production begins. For deposit payments, the remaining payment is due before delivery of item(s).
RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is a priority of ours to provide our customers with the best products and services possible. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
A full refund or exchange will be issued once the item(s) has been returned to us in its original packaging and in its original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Following inspection and approval, a notification e-mail will be send to inform you that we have received the returned item. If approved, we will proceed to refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.
